What is it?

The Cauldron is teaming up with 🏳️‍🌈Pride Amsterdam🏳️‍🌈 to host our very first Vogue workshops! Join us on July 31st during Pride and step into the world of Femme Vogue! 

You may know the Vogue dance style because of the iconic Madonna song, the legendary documentary 'Paris is Burning' or from RuPaul's Drag Race, however Vogueing means so much more to the queer community.

We are very lucky to be able to have booked legendary Vogue artist Typhoon Angels, who travels the world performing and teaching Vogueing. Additionally, he is also the European Father of House Basquiat in the ballroom scene. 

Not only will you be taught how to Vogue, you will also be educated on when and how Vogue originated and the significance it held and still holds to the queer community. 

The two workshops will be at Chassé Dance Center and will only allow for 25 participants per workshop, meaning spots are limited so be sure to snatch your ticket asap! 

We welcome all levels of dance experience, whether you're a professional or a first-timer: you'll learn that Vogue is about so much more than just learning choreography.
